A professional footballer career spanning over 17+ years and 600+ appearances, Drewe has lived the highs and lows of elite sport. ‘The Leadership Programme was like nothing I have done before. I thought I had self-awareness and understood leadership but it really opened my eyes to understanding myself, bringing me to a new level of enlightenment.

’Conor’s purpose now is to continue to help lead and guide those he works with through the daily battle of living authentically in high performance as he resonates with the same fears and doubts that once held him back and broke him both physically and mentally.
