"Drewe joined Russell Martin and the coaching team at Swansea city Football club from February to May 2023. Working closely with the head coach and players the team turned round a run of 3 wins in 18 games to be unbeaten for the remaining 10 games of the 2022/23 season. In the summer of 2023 Russell and his staff joined Southampton Football club. Drewe then joined the club in September. At that point the team had lost 4 games in a row. Once again working closely with the leadership and the players the team went on a 26 game unbeaten run. Drewe continues his work at the club as a consultant for sweat & Courage as they seek promotion back to the English Premier League.
Drewe is an invaluable member of my closest staff, his ability to feel people is incredible and his teachings of sweat & courage align completely with my philosophy as a head coach."
