The Athletes Bootcamp consists of 8 modules, each addressing fundamental themes essential for achieving your highest levels of performance.

Course Format:
Each module will consist of a video presentation by Drewe Broughton supplemented by a series of questions designed to provoke introspection and enhance your learning experience. Before watching each video, we suggest taking notes to reflect on your own experiences and insights while answering the questions. There are no ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ answers with these questions, look to answer from yourself and your own experiences to gain the most from this course.

Understanding Sweat & Courage

We would suggest with the depth of these subjects ahead that you take time with modules and questions. We lead a group live over an 8 week period spending a week per module as a guide.
